These Terms set out the rules for using the Opalfjellhideaway website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please leave the site unused.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Bookings and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card must secure a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Guest conduct

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property rights

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Opalfjellhideaway or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

9. Links to other sites

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Applicable law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
